Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a DB Design Manager (Highway/Managed Lanes) to lead teams on national highway projects. Based remotely with travel to project offices, you will drive client relationships, manage budgets, schedules, and staffing to deliver mega-scale design work.

You should have a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in mega/multi-billion projects. PE or PMP credentials and DBIA certification are preferred, with a strong design-build background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience including 6 years leading mega/super mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Responsible for financial performance on projects and manages cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet goals.
• Staffs projects by engaging required resources through leadership with Directors and Managers.
• Collaborates with leadership to solve challenges and meet business objectives.
• Supervises and mentors team, oversees Project Manager(s), and supports performance reviews.
