Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will supervise field operations, manage subcontractors and POs, and ensure safety, quality, and scheduling targets are achieved.

The role requires directing multiple teams, audits of subcontractor work, and strong communication with customers to maintain satisfaction while meeting milestones. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.

Responsibilities

• Manages DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Directs engineering design and construction activities.
• Administers prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality and environmental stewardship goals are met.
• Plans, executes and reports on project performance.
• Maintains client communication and project coordination at the jobsite.
