ARCO Design/Build is hiring a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion in Memphis. You’ll own estimations, scheduling, quality control, safety, and client coordination, partnering with design teams to deliver high-impact, buildable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring experience in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial projects, with strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

Recent or upcoming degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, CM, Building Science, or Construction Eng.
Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Lead project from estimating to punch list.
Coordinate design with clients and teams.
Manage subcontractor selection and buyout.
Oversee on-site meetings and safety.
Track costs, schedule, and quality.
Provide value-driven engineering insights.
Communicate progress to stakeholders.
