ARCO Design/Build in Louisville is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex industrial and tilt-up projects. You’ll manage estimates, scheduling, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and on-site leadership to deliver high-quality results.

You’ll collaborate with clients and design teams to develop buildable concepts, refine scope, and ensure value-driven decisions. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited civil/engineering or construction program is preferred.
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial builds.
• Experience in construction is preferred but not required.
• GPA 3.0+ is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.
• Prepare detailed, reliable project estimates.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings, refine scope, and offer cost insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout.
• Coordinate bi-weekly site meetings to align teams and track progress.
• Make confident, on-site decisions under pressure.
