Job summary

ARCO Design/Build seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to own projects from inception to final walkthrough. You will lead estimating, scheduling, quality control, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.

Ideal candidates have: hands-on construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining budget and schedule. Applicable to design/build, tilt-up, and industrial builds.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in construction/design-build processes
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from estimating to design coordination and buyout.
• Deliver accurate, actionable estimates for projects.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and add value through engineering insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection, scheduling, and on-site buyout.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Make decisions under pressure with clear, deliberate leadership.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement across projects.
• Transform client feedback into project outcomes that meet expectations.
