Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead full lifecycle of complex projects. You will estimate, schedule, coordinate design teams, and manage subcontractors, ensuring high-quality, on-budget outcomes.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership on fast-paced construction sites. You will work closely with clients, design professionals, and field teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions, while driving safety,

Qualifications

• Undergrad in civil/mechanical/architectural/construction management or related field.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial projects.
• Experience helpful but not required; GPA optional.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from initiation to closeout.
• Deliver detailed, reliable project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams on concepts.
• Participate in proposal meetings and refine scope/costs.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout processes.
• Coordinate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams.
• Make informed decisions under pressure with composure.
• Juggle multiple moving parts to meet scope/schedule/budget.
• Monitor quality and pursue continuous improvement.
• Transform client feedback into concrete results.
• Uphold integrity and prioritize client satisfaction.
