Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects from inception to completion in Framingham, MA. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, safety, and team coordination with owners and design teams.

You will estimate scopes, oversee buyouts, supervise on-site meetings, and drive value engineering while delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with design-build projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and safety for projects.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and the design team.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings and report progress.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines and coordinate activities.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain project scope and quality.
