ARCO Companies seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes design-build expertise, budget and schedule control, and collaboration with owners and design teams. Travel and on-site leadership are expected.

The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years in project management, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, and a relevant bachelor's degree. ARCO offers robust benefits and a strong ESOP program.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage project scope, timelines, and quality control.
• Prepare and review estimates, schedules, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners and the design team on concept drawings.
• Lead procurement and subcontractor selection and buyout.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Provide value engineering ideas to reduce costs.
