Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee estimating, contracts, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution to deliver value to clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in project management, design-build experience preferred, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop preliminary estimates with owners and design team.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement and subcontractors.
• Lead biweekly on-site meetings and ensure quality.
