Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimating, scheduling, design review, and coordination with owners and the design team to develop concepts and control costs.

The role requires 3–10+ years of PM experience, a design-build background, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Travel or site-based work may be required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and supervising subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Develop accurate project estimates and coordinate with owners and design teams on concepts.
• Lead proposal meetings with owners to review scope, reduce costs, and propose value engineering ideas.
• Manage the buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
• Make timely decisions under deadlines and coordinate multiple activities to achieve results.
• Ensure quality through evaluation of project-related processes and client satisfaction.
• Uphold integrity and company values while meeting client expectations.
