McFarland Construction is seeking a Project Manager for commercial design/build initiatives in Charlotte, NC. Lead projects through preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. Role blends field and office leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PM experience, design/build background, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. Travel flexibility is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Design/build experience preferred.
• Procore and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
• Open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Manage subcontracting process and finalize prices.
• Plan construction operations and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet schedules.
