Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with Owners, Architects, Designers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, change orders and project documentation while leading teams to deliver high-quality interiors and occupied-buildings projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Manage project documentation and accounting processes.
• Review and coordinate MEP systems throughout the project.
• Oversee construction in occupied buildings where required.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all project phases.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and training to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and other team members.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget requirements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
