Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in preconstruction management and estimating in commercial construction.
• Proven experience with owners, joint ventures, and project stakeholders.
• Public sector/CMAR experience with a General Contractor required.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation and analysis for commercial projects from concept through GMP.
• Solicit bids, evaluate submissions, and coordinate with owners & JV partners.
• Foster collaborative partnering with stakeholders to align scope and budgets.
• Identify risks and opportunities; manage PB and procurement schedules.
