Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, general contracting, post-frame, or building supply.
• Working knowledge of commercial, industrial, or agricultural construction processes.
• Experience interacting with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, or facility owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and owners.
• Stay connected to project pipelines to develop and close new contracts.
• Represent FBi Buildings at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Identify opportunities where post-frame design-build is a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue projects before open bid.
• Contribute to territory growth planning with leadership.
• Work closely with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership.
• Ensure smooth handoff from relationship development to project execution.
