Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners seeks an Assistant Project Manager to assist the project team in completing assigned projects on schedule and within budget. You will foster relationships with customers, designers, owners representatives, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include handling shop drawings, RFIs, and scheduling with the Project Manager and on-site Superintendents. Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving are essential; willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of safety programs and basic scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive logs for shop drawings and control documentation.
• Assist with RFIs and change orders under supervision.
• Support schedule updates with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Prepare meeting minutes and assist with closeout processes.
• Travel to project sites as required and coordinate with subcontractors.
