Halter seeks a Regional Sales Lead to guide a team of Territory Managers across the Desert Southwest. This hands-on role involves extensive field coaching, customer conversations, and removing barriers to seller success.

You will shape regional performance, enforce Salesforce standards, and drive consistent execution. The role covers Southern California, Nevada, Arizona or New Mexico with frequent travel and a focus on coaching, strategy alignment, and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading field sales reps in high-growth environments.
• Ability to coach reps to improve performance with structured processes.
• Strong emphasis on CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers with in-field coaching (~60% travel).
• Drive regional revenue via new sales and account expansion with targets.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting; support deal structuring.
• Represent regional voice to Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and rhythms.
• Recruit and develop high-performing Territory Managers as Halter grows.
