Job summary

Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Lead in North Dakota to coach Territory Managers in the field and drive regional revenue. This senior role emphasizes hands-on leadership, travel, and strong Salesforce discipline to forecast and manage pipelines.

You will align regional tactics with national strategy, recruit top talent, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to resolve customer issues while scaling a fast-growing U.S. business.

Qualifications

Experience leading field sales reps and coaching performance.
Ability to operate in high-growth, high-velocity environments.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to ~60% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and training.
Own regional revenue performance by driving activity and account expansion.
Maintain Salesforce hygiene & forecasting with weekly pipeline reviews.
Serve as regional voice to Product, Engineering, Marketing and leadership.
Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and rhythms.
Recruit and develop high-performing Territory Manager teams.
