Job summary

The Hershey Company in Waterford CT is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to execute store-level sales and promotional plans with customer retailers. You will drive merchandising, distribution and promotional effectiveness across high-volume accounts.

The successful candidate will partner with KDMs, analyze store and market data, and expand incremental sales through forward-looking strategies. Starting base salary is $54,000 with overtime, incentives, and benefits including health, vision, dental,

Qualifications

GED or HS Diploma.
2-year Associate/Community College degree OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Valid US driver's license.
Must reside within territory or be willing to commute within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and build a network of influential contacts.
Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions and strategies.
Maximize sales and merchandising opportunities on the sales floor.
Complete reports of daily/weekly activities, expenses and promotions.
