Job summary

The Mullings Group is helping Zoll Itamar recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Des Moines territory. You will drive sales activities, build key relationships in the medical community, and execute territory plans to achieve revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of field sales in cardiology/medical devices/pharma, and 2+ years of CRM/Salesforce experience. This on-site role reports to the Area Business Director of the Midwest Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device and/or pharma industries.
• Two years minimum of CRM or Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts in the Des Moines territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals and clinics to grow referrals.
• Plan territory strategies and administrative tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Grow sales revenue to meet targets and quotas.
• Maintain Salesforce data accurately and timely for the territory.
