Job summary

Medicap Home Medical seeks a Territory Manager to drive outside sales across a region from Des Moines to Iowa City and Waterloo. You will build and sustain relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists and staff, promoting products and educating on insurance requirements.

The role requires self-motivation, professional communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to grow referrals and revenue. Competitive pay with commissions accompanies full-time status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside sales preferred.
• Experience calling on hospitals, physicians, therapists and staff is a plus.
• 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales calls on a preplanned route to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community.
• Work with the Sales Manager to develop strategic territory business plans to grow new business.
• Promote Medicap products and services to the community.
• Educate referral sources on insurance documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process referrals and drive growth.
• Generate new referrals and quote products/services to meet sales targets; share weekly plan with Sales Manager.
• Document daily sales calls in Salesforce.
