Job summary

This in‑person role requires 1–2 years of medical records experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with billing software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years in a medical records setting is preferred.
• Strong data entry and accuracy with billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical records documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Enter data into billing software and verify client accounts.
• Generate and process billing reports weekly for accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between physician offices and the agency.
