Responsibilities

• Ensure medical records documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Enter data into billing software and verify client accounts.
• Prepare documentation for resolution and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
• Generate and process billing reports weekly for timely billing.
• Serve as liaison between physician offices and the agency; travel to offices as needed.
