This role involves answering calls, scheduling patients, and relaying important medical information. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Great understanding of charting and patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones/return voicemails to handle all questions and/or transfer accordingly.
• Patient scheduling, making charts and notes.
• Prioritize skin cancers based on type, subtype, size, and location.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with answering phones and responding to voicemails

Understanding of medical surgical procedures

Education

High School Diploma or Higher
