Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for New Hampshire to drive product awareness and utilization by building relationships with physicians and healthcare staff within the NH, northern MA, and Maine region.

Located in or near the territory with up to 50% travel; remote work options and flex time; annual salary range $85,000 to $144,100. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have at least two years in dermatology or related sales.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in quota-driven sales, preferably in dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within territory and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales networks and customer relationships using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products and provide clinically relevant information to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to meet product goals while complying with regulations.
• Understand reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities and expand product demand.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs and ensure total account management.
