Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for New Hampshire region, reporting to the District Business Manager. The role focuses on driving product awareness, building relationships with physicians, and achieving sales initiatives within a defined territory.

This position covers NH and parts of northern MA and ME; candidates must reside within driving distance and be able to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a quota-driven sales role, preferably in dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales networks and customer relationships within the territory.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant information.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to meet product goals.
• Leverage market knowledge and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand demand.
• Collaborate with field personnel to address customer needs and ensure service.
• Maintain professional, compliant conduct and total account management in interactions.
• Represent Organon and participate in dermatology community relationships.
