Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for the New Hampshire region. You will drive product awareness and utilization by building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, and aim to meet and exceed sales goals across the territory.

Qualified candidates have at least two years in a quota-driven sales role (dermatology or related field preferred), a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Two years of proven quota-driven sales experience, preferably in dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharma.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant information.
• Engage physicians and targeted professionals to meet product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Employ direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow demand.
• Collaborate with field-based staff to address customer needs and provide total account management.
• Represent Organon professionally and compliantly in all interactions.
