Job summary

Organon LLC in Chicago, IL seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology - Chicago North to drive product awareness and utilization. You will report to the District Business Manager, build physician relationships, and lead within a quota-driven sales environment across dermatology products.

You must have 2+ years of dermatology or equivalent sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license. Flex time and remote work options are available within a national scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-driven sales roles, preferably dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and allied professionals to exceed product goals.
• Navigate marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow demand.
• Travel within territory as required.
• Collaborate with field staff to address customer needs.
• Deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management.
• Build relationships in the Dermatology community and related orgs.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
