Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cover a defined U.S. territory, reporting to the District Business Manager.

The role focuses on driving product awareness, building relationships with physicians, and achieving sales initiatives while complying with regulations. You will develop disease and product knowledge, engage healthcare professionals, and collaborate with field teams to expand product demand in dermatology and related areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role, with preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote Organon’s products to healthcare professionals with compliant, disease and product knowledge.
• Engage physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and meet product goals.
