Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for the Shaumburg, IL area to drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians, healthcare staff, and internal teams to exceed sales initiatives.

The role requires at least 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Travel as required by the territory, with a dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience (dermatology or related field preferred).
• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant accuracy.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and meet product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Navigate a changing healthcare environment and gain access to customers.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office through patient-focused clinical dialogue.
• Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
