Job summary

Mix Talent is recruiting a Territory Manager to promote Botanix’s product in the U.S. market. The TM will drive market development, manage payer engagement, and achieve sales objectives in assigned geographies.

Candidates should show a proven track record of top performance and leadership across academics, sports, or prior roles. The role requires strong selling, clinical knowledge, and collaboration with customers and Botanix stakeholders to ensure patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required; dermatology experience preferred.
• Experience educating and assisting office staff with patient access to product(s) including prior authorization process, preferred.
• Previous product launch experience preferred.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding expectations and/or sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with execution and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography and valid driver’s license.

• Educate customers on reimbursement and patient support services.
• Gather market data and feedback to inform strategy.
• Comply with all guidelines and participate in sales training.
