Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Boston South territory to drive the launch and growth of a new Dermatology portfolio.

You will promote products to dermatology practices, educate HCPs on on-label use, and execute strategic territory plans to achieve adoption and prescription growth. The role requires strong field execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate a startup-like environment while maintaining strict compliance and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Dermatology and/or Immunology experience preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within geography.

Responsibilities

• Promote dermatology products to HCPs and drive brand messaging.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx and territory growth targets.
• Meet field execution metrics (calls, reach, frequency).
• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Demonstrate product and disease-state expertise.
• Plan and execute promotional programs at territory and national levels.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences including access and reimbursement navigation.
• Represent the company professionally and compliantly.
• Adhere to compliance and safety guidelines.
