Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. in Austin seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of Medical Dermatology products, calling on Dermatology practices across the territory and partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive patient‑centered outcomes.

You will build strategic territory plans, achieve Rx growth, and deliver compliant, high‑quality product messaging while navigating a dynamic startup‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and expand awareness and appropriate utilization of Acrotech’s products with assigned HCPs.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
• Meet or exceed field execution metrics (calls per day, HCP target reach, frequency).
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to expand prescribing.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on growth strategies and market opportunities.
• Deliver compliant, on‑label product messaging and support patient access and reimbursement.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to all compliance guidelines.
