Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of dermatology products in the Boston South Territory.

The role focuses on promoting HCP prescribing, high-visibility field engagement, and delivering compliant clinical messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and drive product adoption while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and patient focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of 2 years successful biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Dermatology and/or Immunology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive HCP prescribing of dermatology products within assigned geography.
• Expand awareness and adoption through face-to-face engagement with HCPs.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand prescribing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies.
• Provide product expertise and support access/reimbursement.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure compliance with guidelines.
