Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Territory Manager for Dermatology to drive product adoption and execute a territory plan across a defined geography.

You will educate providers on approved indications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales growth while maintaining compliance. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proximity to the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Resides in or near the assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license with travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on clinical attributes for dermatology indications.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans to exceed targets.
• Educate providers on prescribing and patient support resources.
• Complete training programs for responsible products and disease states.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement, RAE and sales leadership.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in sales meetings.
