Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Territory Manager (Dermatology) in Orlando to drive product adoption and execute a comprehensive territory plan. The role collaborates with Field Reimbursement and sales leadership to support total account management, educate clinicians, and provide patient resources.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of pharma or B2B sales experience, reside near the territory, and hold a valid driver’s license. Travel within the geography is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Resides in or near assigned geography required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on key clinical attributes for approved indications within a defined geography.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve results.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate and accurate product prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources using approved materials.
• Complete training and certification for responsible products and disease states.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for total account management.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM platform.
