Bausch Health in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Territory Manager (PCP) to drive sales of our pharmaceutical products within a defined region. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, develop territory plans, and deliver compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of B2B sales (pharma preferred), resides near the territory, and is willing to travel overnight. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Resides in or near the assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Requires strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; accommodations available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills and allocate resources to drive results.
• Develop relationships with customers and leverage them for sales.
• Analyze data and build territory plans; access high-potential accounts.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to HCPs and meet sales targets.
