Job summary

Phothera Phototherapy is seeking a Dermatology Sales Specialist to launch and grow a Georgia/Alabama territory from an Atlanta base. This field-based role requires four or more days per week visiting practices and educating clinicians on home phototherapy for psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo.

You will build lasting prescribing relationships, develop a territory plan, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize access and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current or recent medical dermatology sales experience.
• Proven success driving prescription growth, provider adoption, or territory expansion.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout GA and AL and lift demonstration equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with medical dermatology practices across GA and AL.
• Educate care teams on home phototherapy platform for psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow prescribing and utilization.
• Manage travel routes and account coverage; overnight travel as needed.
• Provide market feedback to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
