Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a District Business Manager in Dermatology to lead and develop sales teams across the Ohio Valley market, including Nashville, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh. You will drive sales targets, implement strategic plans, and maintain key payer/provider relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biopharma with 3+ years in sales leadership, preferably in Dermatology, and up to 50% travel. Remote work with regional travel is supported.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees a plus), at least seven years of pharmaceutical/biopharma experience with three years in sales leadership, preferably within Dermatology.
• Proven success in team leadership, talent development, and performance management, along with a strong understanding of payer environments, healthcare systems, and physician engagement, are essential.
• Extensive travel (up to 50%) and the ability to build key healthcare provider relationships are expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, coaching, and performance management of sales reps; executing district sales initiatives;
• analyzing market data and competitor activities; and collaborating with internal departments such as Marketing, HR, and Finance.
