Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, seeks a Faculty Practice Manager to oversee the Dermatology Faculty Practice operations at MAP2. You will lead daily activities, supervise staff, and coordinate physician schedules to ensure high patient care standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in ambulatory healthcare management, EPIC proficiency, and strong regulatory knowledge. A Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration is required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible healthcare management experience in ambulatory care/physician practice.
• Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite; regulatory and quality standards in ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a busy multi-specialty faculty practice.
• Supervise clerical and clinical staff and promote patient-centered care.
• Coordinate physician and APP schedules for clinical coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor payroll processing and onboarding, training, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement operational initiatives and improve patient access.
