Verum Cutis Dermatology in Leesburg, VA seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead clinical and administrative teams, and partner with the physician-owner to improve efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires strong leadership, HIPAA/OSHA knowledge, and solid financial oversight, with responsibilities spanning operations, finance, HR, and compliance. In-person work, full-time, competitive compensation based on experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in medical practice management or healthcare leadership.
• Experience supervising employees and managing daily administrative operations.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience with budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and accounts payable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and make sound operational decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily practice operations and coordinate between clinical and administrative departments.
