Verum Cutis Dermatology is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support clinical and administrative teams, and drive efficiency in a Leesburg, VA practice.

You will lead practice operations, manage revenue cycle, HR, and compliance, and partner with the physician-owner to improve patient care and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and healthcare operations expertise.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations.
• Experience supervising employees and overseeing daily administrative operations.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure efficient workflows between clinical and administrative teams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
• Collaborate with physician-owner to set priorities and implement improvements.
• Evaluate workflows and identify inefficiencies to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor patient volume, scheduling efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Maintain and update practice policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with external accounting and billing teams.
• Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations.
