Job summary

Vitalogy Skincare in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Practice Administrator who will direct all aspects of practice operations, manage providers and staff, and work with leadership to meet growth and budget targets. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA), credentialing, recruitment and onboarding of physicians and APPs, and leading process improvements across dermatology service lines.

On-site responsibilities include facility operations and IT needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Billing, CPT Coding, General Accounting, HR and information systems management
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute business plans and achieve strategic marketing and operating goals
• Ability to manage, develop and motivate employees
• ADA compliance understanding and accommodation processes

Responsibilities

• Direct all practice operations and oversee providers and staff
• Drive market growth and strategic planning with executive leadership
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA and other requirements
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and integration of physicians and APPs
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue, labor management and budget targets
• Coordinate facility operations, vendor relations and IT needs
• Serve as Compliance Manager for assigned practices
• Oversee credentialing and licenses/certifications
