Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressive leadership and healthcare administration experience.
• Five+ years in a private medical practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative operations.
• Acts as the physicians' primary administrative partner.
• Translates vision into clear priorities and action plans.
• Provides updates on staffing, operations, and finances.
• Ensures staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and office systems.
• Maintains high standards for patient service and professionalism.
• Monitors patient feedback and drives improvements.
• Builds a positive, respectful practice culture.
• Recruits, onboards, develops, and retains staff.
• Leads coaching, performance reviews, and development.
• Sets expectations and clarifies each employee's contribution.
• Identifies cross-training and leadership growth opportunities.
