Job summary

The role requires P&L responsibility, 3–5 years of management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A data-driven mindset and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and building an organization.
• 3--5 years of prior management experience with P&L responsibility and staffing schedules.
• Financial acumen and forecasting capabilities.
• Understanding of daily reporting and how to manage a P&L.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient operational processes to deliver a brand-standard experience.
• Lead, coach, backfill, and assist the Practice Manager as needed.
• Drive center growth with P&L accountability and outreach initiatives.
• Forecast and monitor budgets, and manage workforce costs.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance across systems.
