Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years practice management experience.
• Prior experience managing a multi-physician, multi-location practice with multiple departments.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to produce and evaluate reports from EMR/PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-location dermatology practice operations including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Supervise five operational leaders and collaborate with executive leadership.
• Develop budgets, labor plans, and operational policies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and related regulations.
