QualDerm Partners is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment, patient care, and insurance processing in a high-volume retail setting. You will prepare medications, verify prescriptions, and maintain accurate patient records under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate has a state license, 2–4 years of experience, and familiarity with EHRs and pharmacy software. Dermatology-focused environment with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualificações

Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in the applicable state.
2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment.
Experience with prescription fulfillment, medication dispensing workflows, and inventory management.
Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorizations, and pharmacy billing processes.
Strong customer service and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

Greet prescription center customers and provide exemplary service while protecting confidentiality.
Prepare medications by counting tablets, labeling bottles, and restocking inventory.
Verify prescriptions and participate in fulfillment and documentation.
Maintain patient profiles and assist with insurance forms and claims.
Communicate with providers and staff to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
