Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support physicians and staff in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment. You will assist with prescription preparation, labeling, inventory, and patient check-out under physician supervision, maintaining accuracy and patient safety.

Requirements include an active Pharmacy Technician license (state), 2–4 years in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EHR platforms. Dermatology-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in the applicable state at hire.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment.
• Experience with prescription fulfillment, medication dispensing workflows, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Greet prescription center customers and provide exemplary service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Direct contact with third parties to resolve insurance issues.
• Prepare medications by counting tablets, labeling bottles, and restocking inventory.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in fulfillment and center support responsibilities.
• Maintain patient profiles and insurance forms.
