Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in the applicable state.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment.
- Experience with prescription fulfillment, medication dispensing workflows, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorizations, and pharmacy billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet all prescription center customers and provide exemplary customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare prescribed medications by counting tablets, labeling bottles, and restock inventory.
- Verify prescriptions and maintain patient profiles/records; prepare insurance forms.
- Participate in the fulfillment process and prescription center support responsibilities.
