QualDerm Partners is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in prescription processing, billing, and customer service. You will assist with filling prescriptions, inventory, and patient records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a busy dermatology-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration/certification as required by state law
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service while maintaining confidentiality
• Resolve insurance issues through direct contact with third parties
• Prepare medications by counting, labeling, and restocking inventory
• Calculate and measure medications and verify prescriptions
• Participate in fulfillment and center support responsibilities
• Maintain documentation and patient profiles accurately
• Manage drug and supply levels and ensure quality assurance
