Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing, verification, and patient service in a fast-paced dermatology setting. The role involves preparing medications, coordinating with insurers, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities include inventory management, documentation, and collaboration with providers and staff to ensure safe, efficient dispensing.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in the applicable state at hire.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• 2–4 years in high-volume retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exemplary service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Resolve insurance issues with third parties.
• Prepare prescribed medications by counting and labeling.
• Calculate and measure medications.
• Verify prescriptions.
• Support fulfillment and center operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and workflow for dispensing.
• Maintain patient records and insurance forms.
• Manage drug and supply levels; ensure quality assurance.
• Complete required paperwork and reports.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
